Free delivery within the UK for orders over £50.

• All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for (3-5 working days). Please allow 7 days for your order to arrive.

• Please make sure that your delivery address is correct.

• Special delivery can be arranged. If this is the case send us a message.

• You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. This will be sent to the same email address that was stated on your order.

• We can ship worldwide. International shipping costs will apply and delivery times may vary.

• Please note that we will not be hold responsible for any items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. If this has occurred, please file a complaint with Royal Mail.

• If you have not received your order, providing we have dispatched the item and have the relevant proof of postage, we must submit a missing parcel form with the carrier prior to any exchange or refund being offered. It is the carrier’s policy that we wait 15 working days (UK) and 20 working days (internationally) before this can be done.

• Any made to order items, such as the skate deck boards, will be sent via special delivery. If a signature is required, please make sure that someone will be at home to receive the package.

Returns & Exchange

• We only replace items that are defective, or in the wrong size.

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.

• Return form must be included.

• Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

• If an item is defective please send us a message, before sending the item back.

• For International customers - the cost of returning the items is your responsibility.

• We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

• All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Bespoke items will not be eligible for returns.

• Items of clothing that have been included in our gift boxes cannot be refunded but if the size is not quite right, just send us a message and providing there is stock available we can offer an exchange. We can only offer an exchange for the same product. Please note that you will be responsible for any exchange postal cost.

• Items from the Cornwall inspired gifts section cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
